  • Our classes are small and students get individual support to ensure their needs are addressed and met.
  • Through our yoga practice, we strive to help our students have better mobility, reduce pain, increase flexibility and strength, and be able to better manage injuries and illness.
  • We believe yoga is for everyone and for every body and we believe that our mindful, flexible, and hands on approach to teaching yoga will support you to explore all aspects of yoga.
  • ŸOur yoga teachers are conscious and curious about your posture, your body’s holding patterns, how you breathe, and where you hold tension and stress. We work with you to teach you how to develop focus and awareness of body and breathing patterns, learn proper posture and breathing, and how to calm the mind.
  • ŸWe will help you develop the ability to be fully present in your yoga practice of asanas, pranayama (breath work), and meditation so that you can breathe, relax, observe, soften, be still, and be present.

The Centre is a work in progress. As the interest for more yoga classes and programs arise, Dina will expand her yoga classes and programs. Yoga teachers and complementary health practitioners will be coming on board as the Yoga Studio and Centre grows.
