PLEASE NOTE: Breathing Space Yoga & Wellness Services officially opened in February 2014. The above class schedule is in effect. We offer new participants to our Studio and/or those who wish to try yoga a 6-week introductory yoga package for $80 where you can attend one hatha yoga, restorative yoga, and/or yoga nidra class per week for 6 weeks. Breathing Space Yoga & Wellness Services has restarted all group yoga and meditation classes. Classes are small and social distancing is practiced.
Breathing Space Yoga & Wellness Services is doing its part to minimize the potential spread and practice physical distancing that is recommended by the Canadian health officials. We are taking COVID-19 seriously and we appreciate you respecting our protocols to keep everyone healthy and safe during this challenging time. Under the Ministry of Health’s guidelines, we need to screen and keep a record of all clients as a precaution for the Covid19 track record. We also need to see proof of your double covid vaccination document and photo ID as required by the Ministry of Health. We thank you for your cooperation and appreciate your support and understanding with this process. If you would like to sign up for a group or private yoga class, please call us at 289-680-9642 or e-mail us at info@breathingspaceyoga.ca and we will e-mail you the COVID19 SCREENING FORM to be filled out. Once you have filled it out this Form and sent it back to us, we will schedule time and dates of the group or private yoga classes available with you. Thank you kindly. Please do not show up at the studio without scheduling the time and date you are to come to class. Please see the new safety protocols for attending private classes at Breathing Space Yoga & Wellness Services under the heading “Classes” in the “Policies and Registration” link. We hope you are healthy and safe and have kept doing your yoga practice and yoga breathing to keep your lungs strong and healthy and to calm body, mind, and spirit. At this time, we need to keep doing our yoga and meditation practice to help stay calm and grounded and not get into a panic and fear mode. Let’s take care of ourselves and each other. For the time being, the studio will only be open during the class times and days listed in the above listed schedule. The studio will be open to everyone a half hour before and after each class if you wish to drop by to see the studio, ask questions, and/or register for classes. The studio will also be open for anyone wishing to see the studio and/or to register for classes on Saturdays from 12:30 to 1 pm. You are welcome to join our yoga classes at any time during the term. Classes will be prorated from the date you start.
Please arrive 15 minutes early on your first visit to go over your health history in your Registration Form and the Agreement of Release and Waiver of Liability Forms. Please click on Policies and Registration.
Students need to bring their own mats to yoga classes and workshops.
Missed classes and specialty class series must be used during the same session for classes or term for workshops, and cannot be applied to intensives, retreats, special events or visiting teachers’ weekends. As a courtesy, you can carry over three missed classes as extra classes if the following session is paid for in full.
